We want you to love your purchase, but we also understand that there may be situations where you may wish to return or exchange an item. This Return and Refund Policy explains how returns are handled and under what conditions refunds may be issued.

We accept returns only if the product you receive is damaged, defective, or not the same as the item you ordered. If you receive such an item, you must notify us within forty-eight hours of delivery by sharing clear photos and details with our customer support team. Once your request is reviewed and approved, you will be guided through the process of returning the product. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

For a return to be eligible, the jewellery must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must be returned in its original packaging, including tags, boxes, and any accessories that were part of the purchase. Products that show signs of wear, damage caused by mishandling, or missing packaging will not qualify for a refund or exchange.

Please note that due to the nature of imitation jewellery and for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for change of mind, dislike of design after purchase, or slight variations in colour, size, or finish that may occur due to photography and screen display differences. Such variations are natural and do not qualify as defects.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within seven to ten working days and will be credited to your original method of payment. In some cases, you may be offered store credit or an exchange instead of a refund, depending on product availability and your preference.

Shipping charges incurred during the original order are non-refundable. If a return is approved, the cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer unless the product delivered was incorrect or damaged due to our error. In such cases, Elegant Miss will cover the return shipping costs.

In the case of bulk orders, reseller purchases, or customised designs, returns and refunds are handled differently and are subject to separate agreements that will be communicated at the time of order.

Elegant Miss reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy requirements. We also reserve the right to update or modify this Return and Refund Policy at any time, and any changes will be effective immediately upon being posted on our website.
